Universal Gear Oil Additive: The Professional Choice for Enhanced Lubrication
BSD78662 is a highly effective universal gear oil additive package designed for the production of automotive and industrial gear oil. Its improved formula has been rigorously tested to L-42 and L-60 standards to ensure excellent protection against extreme pressure, antioxidant and heat stability. The recommended dose includes automotive tooth oil API GL53.2%, automotive tooth oil API GL41.6% and industrial tooth oil 1.0%-0.7%. BSD78662 provides professional lubrication properties and extends service life in various applications.
Product Appearance
Packaging and acceptance
This product is packaged in standard iron drums, or in BIC ton drums or other packaging forms according
to customer needs.
Product identification, sample retention, and delivery acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with
SH/T0164 standard.
Product storage, transportation, and compounding agent blending operations and precautions
The product shall be stored, loaded and unloaded in accordance with the SH/T0164 standard, and must be
clearly labeled during transportation, storage and use to prevent mixing and cross contamination with other
petroleum products;
When adjusting oil, the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 ℃;
Long term storage temperature should not exceed 50 ℃.
Single dose and composite product shelf life: 24 months (at ambient temperature). After opening and using,
pay attention to sealed storage.
Health and Safety
The products in this manual are non flammable, non explosive, and non corrosive, and are similar to general
petroleum products in terms of safety, environmental protection, and use.
Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with the skin during use, prevent accidental ingestion, and keep away
from children.
Wear protective gloves when using, and the operator does not need to take special safety precautions. Once
it splashes into the eyes or skin, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
Store the product in a cool, dry, and well ventilated place, away from sources of fire. Heat source.
Waste packaging materials, oil liquids, and waste residues should be handed over to qualified units for recycling
and disposal, and are prohibited from being discharged into water bodies or soil.
